Diana Sullivan Appointed as Executive Director of Foundation for Homeless and Poverty Management (FHPM)

Bremerton, Washington — The Foundation for Homeless and Poverty Management (FHPM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Diana Sullivan as its new Executive Director. As a servant leader and long-standing advocate for equity and economic empowerment, Sullivan brings a commitment to serving historically marginalized communities and a bold vision for expanding FHPM’s impact.


Under her leadership, FHPM will continue its mission to break the cycle of generational poverty and homelessness through community-driven solutions, economic opportunity, and culturally responsive programming. Sullivan has already led the development of the Revive and Reinvest: Building Economic Resilience Together lending program, in her formaer role as Director of Operations, which will provide small business loans and support services to Black, Indigenous, and Latine entrepreneurs in Kitsap and Mason counties.


“Diana brings both passion and a strategic mindset to FHPM’s work,” said Jasmin Hernadez, board member. “Her leadership is exactly what we need to take our mission to the next level and expand our reach to even more individuals and families.”


Sullivan steps into her role with a track record of community organizing, nonprofit leadership, and a lived commitment to justice and opportunity. As Executive Director, she will lead program growth, advocate for inclusive economic policies, and ensure FHPM remains a trusted partner for those seeking to rebuild and thrive.
