Empowering local visionaries like Kataclysm LLC, FHPM is bridging the gap between creativity and capital—fueling economic growth and equity through the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Community Reinvestment Plan.
FHPM is investing in Black, Indigenous, and Latine entrepreneurs with bold ideas and big dreams—providing the support, funding, and opportunity they need to thrive.

Bremerton, WA – The Foundation for Homeless and Poverty Management (FHPM) is proud to announce the launch of Revive and Reinvest: Building Economic Resilience Together, a new lending initiative made possible through the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Community Reinvestment Plan (CRP). This program is designed to fuel innovation, foster economic equity, and support community-driven entrepreneurship—starting with local changemakers like Kataclysm LLC.
Through low-barrier loans of up to $20,000, FHPM is providing critical capital to help startups, small businesses, and individuals—especially those from Black, Indigenous, and Latine communities—launch or grow their ventures.
This program is part of the broader Washington State Community Reinvestment Plan, which was created to support individuals and communities disproportionately harmed by the war on drugs. Through investments in economic development, civil and criminal legal assistance, reentry services, and violence prevention, the plan aims to promote equity, opportunity, and long-term community stability.
“This is more than just a loan—it’s an investment in leadership, creativity, and long-term financial independence,” said Diana Sullivan, Executive Director of FHPM. “By supporting businesses like Kataclysm LLC, we are reinvesting in the brilliance that already exists in our communities.”
Kataclysm LLC leverages creative design, marketing, and technology to offer high-value solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term brand growth. They bring creative innovation blending design, strategy, and technology crafting bold, impactful branding that sets businesses apart.
Kataclysm LLC is a prime example of what this kind of support can unlock. Founded by a visionary entrepreneur, Greg Reese, who is determined to disrupt the entertainment and gaming industry with culturally grounded, story-driven content, the business has reinvested every dollar earned back into its growth. But like many small startups led by BIPOC founders, Kataclysm faces ongoing challenges in accessing capital, building a team, and expanding market reach. FHPM’s Revive and Reinvest program helps fill that gap—turning bold ideas into scalable solutions.
